Welcome to ERRIN!

The European Regions Research and Innovation Network (ERRIN) is a Brussels-based network designed to help regional representations to participate fully and effectively in the European Research Area.
From April 2004 to March 2006, ERRIN was supported by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research in the frame of the Regions of Knowledge Pilot Action Programme.
ERRIN is currently moving from an EU-funded project to a sustainable Network. The new era of ERRIN will start in January 2007.
The ERRIN website contains all the information you need to navigate the complex world of EU research and innovation. The site is designed to advance ERRIN's five principal goals. These are:

Knowledge Sharing at the EU level.

Inter-regional exchanges.

Practitioner development.

Policy and thematic developments.

Working with other Networks and Organisations.

ERRIN II, our second phase has begun. ERRIN is no longer a Project and is now a completely Independent Membership Organisation.

This implies that only our Members will have the possibility of attending our Meetings. The Secretariat will be happy to help you with the Membership Procedure.
